Bringing home a new baby can be overwhelming and met with much exhaustion. Birth can be hard on the body, mind and spirit.
Let’s get you the rest your body needs so you can recover, heal faster and enjoy this new chapter: “The 4th Trimester”!
With over 22 years of Birth & Postpartum Doula experience, 14 years of Lactation experience and as a seasoned Newborn Care Specialist: Hundreds of Families have found my postpartum doula support assisted in experiencing a confident transition.
Families will rest and I will do light chores in between baby feedings/snuggles.
Postpartum Doula Duties can include:
-washing pump equipment
-laundry
-light housekeeping
-unloading/loading dishwasher
-cleaning kitchen
-meal prep
-running errands, driving Mom to appointments
all while helping your family fall into a routine and seamless adjustment with your new baby.
Happy to help establish a night time Pump schedule that allows for optimum parental rest and maximize milk supply/ output.
Judgement free support, always with your individual goals in mind.
Day rate: $45 an hour (with a 4 hr minimum)
Night rate: $50 an hour (with a 9 hr minimum)
Twins Night rate: $60+ an hour (with a 9 hr minimum)
For families who have booked Birth & Postpartum Doula services, a deposit is required for both services; contracts are separate.
Contract duration is flexible; typically Parents book 5 nights a week, 9pm to 7am, for 8 weeks for maximum postpartum support and recovery. It is recommended to book in the 1st or 2nd trimester as last minute availability may not be available.
